A Creative Distraction

Sometimes a distraction is ok. Something to help us unwind, relax, have a bit of fun. And sometimes we may need to move away from the normal distractions, social media, Netflix, chocolate, a drink or 10 of something, smoking, that things you might just need that you found on Ebay.

Here is something you can try at home with a piece of A4 paper.

Make a mini zine!
Create a story, colour chart, your own character, recipe book, self help guide, list all the things you would like to do when we are allowed out and about (this was created during Covid-19 lockdown).

Use pens, pencils, any sort of paint, coffee, turmeric, eye liner, that bill you don't want to pay, or even tomato sauce if you can handle the gooiness. Most importantly, BE CREATIVE and HAVE FUN.
